Rules

  • Respect Everyone
Treat all campers, coaches, and volunteers with kindness and respect. We are all here to learn, grow, and support each other.

  • Be Inclusive
Every camper belongs here. We welcome all backgrounds, skill levels, and identities. Include others in drills, conversations, and activities—no one sits out or feels left out.

  • Keep a Positive Attitude
Approach each day with encouragement, effort, and openness. We lift each other up with words and actions.

  • Be Coachable
Listen, try your best, and be willing to learn. Mistakes are part of growth—support your teammates through theirs, too.

  • Represent Your Community with Pride
You are a reflection of your family, your school, and your city. Be proud, be humble, and lead with heart.

  • Use Your Voice with Purpose
Speak up with encouragement. Ask questions. Share your story. We are building a space where all voices are heard.

  • Give Your Full Effort
Whether it’s drills or team discussions, show up with energy and focus. What you put in is what you’ll take away.

  • Celebrate Each Other
We cheer for more than just home runs—we celebrate confidence, effort, growth, and kindness.

  • Lead with Love
Above all, let compassion guide you. Every interaction is a chance to show grace and create connection.

  • BE UNAPOLOGETICALLY YOU!
This camp is about embracing who you are. Come as you are. Leave stronger in your skills and in your spirit.

Check-in and Donations

Check-in will begin promptly at 6:30 PM. We kindly ask that you have your registration confirmation ready when you arrive at the table to help us move the process along smoothly.

There will be two check-in lines:

  • One line for campers registered for both camp days

  • One line for campers attending one specific day only

During check-in, campers will be asked to turn in their donation directly to the check-in representative. Once check-in is complete, campers will head to the t-shirt table to receive their official camp shirt and an ELLA information pamphlet with everything they need to know about the foundation.

We appreciate your cooperation and can’t wait to welcome you!
